OUR SERVICES

Support built around real-life goals.

Our services focus on recovery, self-advocacy, practical problem-solving, community connection, and meaningful progress.

01

PEER SUPPORT

Walk alongside someone who understands.

Peer Support Services are structured, scheduled recovery-oriented services provided by a North Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialist. Support can include peer mentoring, recovery coaching, problem-solving, skill-building, self-advocacy, and connection to natural and community supports.

02

RECOVERY COACHING

Turn goals into practical next steps.

Recovery coaching supports individuals as they identify strengths, clarify goals, build wellness strategies, work through barriers, and develop practical action steps.

03

REENTRY NAVIGATION

Support through transition and reintegration.

Peer-based navigation for individuals returning to the community after incarceration or other institutional settings, with a focus on stability, connection, self-advocacy, and appropriate community resources.

04

COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS

Connect people with the resources around them.

We help individuals identify and connect with appropriate resources related to housing, employment, education, benefits, transportation, social supports, and other community opportunities.

Important: Peer Support Services are not emergency, medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapy services. Eligibility, medical necessity, service orders, health-plan requirements, and other applicable requirements apply to covered Medicaid services.
